- Provide 300 g pork belly
- Provide 1/4-1/2 c water
- You need 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Take 1/2 tbsp Cooking oil
- You need 1/4 bar butter

- Simmer whole pork belly (salted) in water in a pan, flip when water has reduced halfway.
