- Take 8 slice Thinly sliced pork belly
- Take 1 block Tofu
- Take 1 Katakuriko
- Get 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
Instructions to make Pork Belly Wrapped Tofu:
- If the pork belly slices are too long, cut them so that they're long enough to wrap around a tofu cube.
- Wrap the pork slices around each tofu cube. Season with salt and pepper (not listed) to taste.
- Coat thinly with katakuriko.
