  1. Take 200 gr bread flour
  2. Provide 60 gr all purpose flour
  3. Prepare 40 gr sugar
  4. You need 6 gr instant yeast or 10 gr fresh yeast

  14. After proofing it, brush the dough with milk. Place the dough into oven and bake it for 20 minutes.
  15. After baking it, brush the top with little butter/margarine to let it looks shine.
