- Once the dough is ready, apply oil to your hand to avoid stickiness and make a round with the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes. Cover the dough with damp cloth.
- Meanwhile, get your baking tray ready, brush minimal oil to the tray and its ready, you may use butter paper too.
