The ingredients needed to prepare Vetki paturi:
  1. Get 4 pieces Vetki fish
  2. Get 2 tbsp black mustard seeds
  3. Prepare 2 green chillies
  4. You need 5 tbsp mustard oil
  5. Prepare To taste salt
  6. Prepare 2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Get 4 pieces banana leaves
  8. Take 4 pieces Cotton thread
Instructions to make Vetki paturi:
  1. Soak mustard seeds in hot water. Make paste of mustard seeds with chillis and salt. Add 2 tbsp oil to the paste and keep aside using lid for 15 minutes. Add little bit salt to fish pieces. Keep aside. Add fish pieces to the paste.
  2. Put each piece with paste into banana leaf and bind with thread. Add rest of oil to pan. Let it hot. Put pieces
  3. One by one. Use lid. After 8 minutes flip all the pieces. And fry for another 8 minutes. In low to medium flame, it will be fried. Then cut the thread and serve with hot rice.
