- You need 200 gms Boneless Fish (Bhetki fish)
- You need 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Get 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

- Firstly take any boneless fish. I had taken Bhetki fish (Barramundi) fish and cut them into thick and long strips.
- In it add lemon juice, salt ginger garlic paste and mix them properly.
- After that,add all the dry ingredients :-roasted and crushed coriander and cumin seeds, red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ajwain seeds, garam masala, food colour and red chilli flakes. And mix them properly in fish
- Now, in a bowl make a thick batter of besan and now one by one coat the fish in the batter from all the sides and keep it in the refrigerator to marinate it for 30 mins max
- At last, shallow fry all the fish in the oil. - Serve it hot.
