- Use 4 bhola bhetki fish whole
- You need 2 onion chopped
- You need 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

- As it crackle add onion slices and saute well
- Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

- Now add water and boil add fish and cover till it become soft
- Add sugar (optional) and chopped coriander leaves
- Serve it with rice
