The ingredients needed to prepare Fish kurkure:
- You need 5 Bhetki fillet to 6 pc(cut into small pieces)
- Get 1/2 tsp Green chilli paste -
- Provide 1/2 tsp Coriander leave paste -
- Use 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder -
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Chopped Mint leave-
- Get 1/2 tsp Lemon juice -
- Prepare 1/2 tsp Mustard sauce -
- Use 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
- Take To taste Salt
- Use 3 tbsp Flour -
- You need 1 Egg (beaten with salt and black pepper)
- Take 3/4 cup Roasted papad crushed
- Get As needed White oil - for frying
- Use 1 bowl Bread crumbs -
Steps to make Fish kurkure:
- Clean the fish pieces
- After cleaning add green chilli paste,black pepper powder,coriander leave paste,chopped mint leaves,lemon juice,mustard sauce,garlic paste,salt as per taste and mixed it very well with bhetki fillet
- Keep this marination for 10mins
- Take one bowl add flour and take another bowl add bread crumbs.
- Put kadai on gas,add oil for frying and heat it.
- Now take one piece of bhetki fillet from marination and coat it first with flour and secondly coat with bread crumbs.
- After that dip the fish pieces on beaten egg and again coat with crushed papad
- Again repeat this step.(Step no 7.)
- Deep fry in heat oil
- Fish kukure is ready. Serve with your favourite 20 sauce
