  1. You need 1 1/2 cup Preggo maranara sauce
  2. Provide 4 Red bell peppers
  3. Use 1 lb 93% lean ground beef
  4. You need 1/2 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  5. Get 1 medium size yellow onion, chopped
  6. You need 1/2 cup White long grain rice
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp Salt & Pepper to taste
  8. Use 1/4 cup Beef broth (any broth or water is fine)
  9. You need 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  10. Prepare 1 packages Garlic toast

  1. In a medium/large pan cook ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper and chopped onions till beef is no longer pink. Add garlic cook another 2minutes. Add maranara sauce to beef and mix well, set meat mixture aside. In a pot cook rice as directed on back of the box, once rice is fully cooked add it to the meat and mix till all well blended.
