  1. Wash and clean the chicken.
  2. Heat oil in a cooking pan. Put saunf, green chillies and large slices onion. Saute it well until it's colour change
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute well until it's raw smell goes.
  4. Now add tomatoes and saute well until it's become soft.
  5. Now add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, chicken masala.Mix it well
  6. Add chicken pieces and mix well let it coat with all masala. Cover it cook for 5 mins.
  7. Now add 1cup water. Cover it and let it cook well.
  8. After 10-15 minute, chicken has cooked well now add grated coconut and let it cook for 2-3 mins it's help to gravy become thick
  9. Finally garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with, rice, chapati or dosa.
