- You need 1/2 kg chicken
- You need 1 cup curd

- Clean and wash chicken. Add curd, red chilli powder, salt, 1/2 ginger garlic paste mix well keep aside for 1 hr.
- Add butter in add heat it. Then marinated chicken cook till no water remain in it.
- Keep chicken in rack or frying spoon. Grilled it on gas. Then keep aside
- Add oil in pan fry onion in it. Then add tomatoes, red chilli powder salt cook it. Then grind it.
- In other pan add oil with butter. Add ginger garlic paste in it fry for 1 min.
- Then add onion tomato paste in it. Add grilled chicken. Then add red chilli powder and salt if needed mix well. Then add suhana Chicken tikka masala mix well. Add water and mix well. Cook for 10 min on low flame then switch off the flame. Smoky chicken gravy is ready.
