- Get 2 tbsp. olive oil
- Prepare 1 green chilli,chopped and deseeded
- Take 1 stick lemongrass,chopped
- Get 1/2 onion,chopped
- Get 1 clove garlic,crushed
- Take 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- Prepare 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- You need 1 tbsp. Thai fish sauce
