- Provide Liver

- Cook the liver with salt and seasonings, when done cut into cubes, boiled the peas, dice the carrots. Perboil the rice and wash then divide the rice into 2. Put the first portion in a pot add salt, peas and water (enough to cook the rice) and place on fire when almost done add liver and carrots allow to simmer for 2mins and serve.
