The ingredients needed to make Barnyard Uttapam:
- Take 1 cup rice
- Use 2 carrots, grated
- Use 1 tomato cubed
- Take 1 boiled potato
- Take 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- You need Handful coriander leaves
- Take 1 tsp ginger and green chili paste
Instructions to make Barnyard Uttapam:
- Saok barnyard millet for 3-4 hours
- Make a smooth paste by grinding them in a grinder.
