  1. In a mixing bowl, mix together 1 egg, ginger-garlic paste, cornflour,chilli powder, oregano, lemon juice,/vinegar,salt and freshly grounded black pepper.
  2. Mix everything well to make a marination.
  3. Take chicken pieces and cut in thin strips. I used breast pieces.
  4. Pat them dry with korben towel.
  5. Put the dry chicken strips in the marination and mix well so that the mixture coats to each piece of the chicken.
  6. Cover the bowl and keep in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  12. Heat enough cooking oil (about 1" of thick layer) in a deep pan.
  13. Place the coated chicken strips in batches and fry in medium low heat on both sides until light golden brown.It will take about 12-15 minutes to fry them well.
  14. Drain and transfer to a kitchen towel.
