  2. Get 60 g Unsalted butter , melted
  3. Use 750 g Cream Cheese (room temperature)

  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

  7. Take 100 g Dark Chocolate , melted

  1. Preheat oven to 180C (160C fan). Grease a 13cm x 36cm rectangular tin.
  2. Place the biscuits and melted butter in the bowl of a food processor and blend until the mixture resembles wet sand. Place this mixture in the tin and press firmly over the base and sides of the tin.
