The ingredients needed to cook Vegetable & Cheese Omelette:
- Take 4 Eggs
- Take 1 chopped Onion
- Take As needed Chopped mushroom, capsicum and Tomatoes
- Take 1 green chili and chopped Coriander
- Use 1 cube grated Cheese

- Chop all the required vegetables
- Break 2 eggs in a bowl and add half spoon of vegetables each. Add pinch of salt and pepper and mix well
- Heat the Pan and add 1 spoon of oil. When the pan is hot add the egg batter. leave the pan covered for 4 minutes.
