  1. Prepare 1 small cup oats
  2. Take 1 small chopped banana
  3. Provide 1 small mango(optional) any other choice of fruit can be used
  4. Use 1 small cup milk just to soak oats
  5. Use 3 tbsp curd
  6. You need As required almonds and melon seeds
  7. Take 2 tsp Flax seeds
  8. Prepare As required Honey
  9. You need 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

  1. Take a jar, add 1 cup oats.
  2. Add milk as requires. (Do not add too much else oatmeals will become loose) and mix it.
  3. Add 3 tbsp curd and mix again.

  9. At last Drizzle some more honey and close the lid.
  10. Keep in fridge overnight or for minimum of 8 hours.
