- Prepare Eggs - any quantity
- Get Cold water

- Gently place eggs in a pot large enough to leave the eggs in a single layer. Fill with enough cold water to cover eggs by 1 inch.
- Place uncovered on stove over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat, but leave on burner. Place lid on pot. Let sit covered for 9 minutes.
