- Prepare 1 pack cream cheese

- Use 1 (16 Oz) pack of sharp cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- Provide 1 large can of red enchilada sauce
- You need 1 pack corn tortillas white or yellow

- Optional sauté onion in butter with salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 365
